The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) is required to collect personal information which will be used to allow you access to the iLead 360° Survey, and as part of the survey process. Data collected will be aggregated and used for data analysis by DEECD staff. This information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent. All individual survey reports and results are private and confidential and are only available to the Subject completing the survey.
